How Alpen Pharma AG Tajikistan team exchanged their experience and set new goals at the International Workshop 2018

This year Alpen Pharma AG held the 18th International Workshop in sunny Baku. Traditionally, the event lasted for a week. Almost 370 participants from over 20 countries attended 10 training sessions.

Samandar Gulsoev, Medical Representative of representative office of Alpen Pharma AG in Tajikistan noted that participation in the Workshop not only brings together the team, but also gives a great opportunity to learn how to solve the problems from other countries colleagues.

– It is important to get acquainted personally and to communicate with colleagues from other countries. Learn from their experience and work features in their countries and also, how to cope with the difficulties, –  said Samandar Gulshoev. – I want to note the reporting presentations of countries for the previous year and achievements in business. Sincerely happy for the good results and put in parallel new goals for the team. Excellent work of colleagues is an excellent incentive for new achievements and leadership on the market.
